My name is Jessina (Aluise) Kary.  I am a Colorado born girl, now blossoming where I’ve been planted - North Dakota!

My husband and I reside in Dickinson, ND with our three children.

I remember doing an “old-fashioned” black and white photo shoot with my cousins when I was about 7 or 8.  It took place in my parents’ living room, complete with costumes, hair, and makeup.

My photography has evolved quite a bit since then, but I’ve always loved creating beautiful images! I believe that taking great photos involves more than just meeting up the day of our shoot and delivering images. I believe in relationships. I believe in hospitality. I believe that I can be a steward of these virtues in some small way by what I do.

Some of my favorite things to do are spend time with my family, take little day/weekend trips (the Black Hills of South Dakota are my “Happy Place”), read, spend quality time with friends (preferably over dinner and a glass of wine), and be involved in various activities in my church and community.
